Sustainable Energy
Our workshop operates using electricity
generated from our 40kW solar system,
which generates 95% of the electricity
we require for our daily operations.
Ray Morcom Reserve
The founder of Ray morcoms Smash Repairs created an officially
recognised nature reserve at the back
of our workshop 'Ray morcom
Reserve'. The business continues to
maintain and protect this reserve.
Environmentaly Responsible Practices
We use the best environmentally sustainable practices available in the smash repair industry, which include:

Recycling of paper, aluminium, plastic & thinners.

Using technology such as Spray Booths and ovens to reduce solvent emissions into the atmosphere; monitoring dust and fume extraction systems and spray gun cleaning equipment; Fully council approved Car Wash Bay with envirocycle for all waste products.

Using materials such as, dustless sanding and introducing PPG water-based paint.

Monitoring and minimising noise emissions from equipment used.

Proper disposal of oils and coolants.
