2014 Car-O-Liner Vision x3 Computerised Measuring System
Many repairers are still using manual measurements, changes in modern vehicles such as crush zones, welded brackets, and factory assembly all require closer tolerances than that of previous frames. Vehicle manufacturers suggest the use of a digital measuring system for repairs to insure the vehicle receives proper dimensional correction. We have the latest, most accurate measuring system in the market today!
Celette Griffon realignment and jigging bench with double lifting system
When your car is repaired on a car bench, the chassis is repaired using the same equipment & processes used when it was originally manufactured. Celette has been the European standard for smash repairs for decades so you can be assured of a perfect repair. Celette is a jig bench, which means the chassis is fully and correctly supported during the repair, this means it can be accurately measured and returned to pre-accident condition. Celette is the approved bench for Audi, VW, BMW, Mini, Rolls Royce, Maybach, Mercedes-Benz, Smart, Porsche and Volvo.
TECNA 3664P Fully Automatic Spot Welder Featuring "Smart Plus"
This welder automatically senses steel type and thickness, and sets the welding parameters without the need for operator input! This machine can duplicate original factory welds and is approved by Mercedes-Benz, Volkswagen, BMW, GM Chrysler to name a few. Other manufaturer aprrovals for TECNA spot welders include: Porche, Renault, Mitsubishi, Toyota, Land Rover, Mini, Dodge, Fiat, Mahindra, Smart, Suzuki, Infiniti, Acura and Mayback.
2 x Car-O-Liner Chassis Straightening System
This dual straightening and holding system is important for two reasons:
Car manufacturers have increased usage of HSS (High Strength Steel) and HSLA (High Strength Low Alloy) materials to lower vehicle weight while increasing strength and durability. These materials have added complexity to the repair process & repairing these types of materials correctly is imperative to returning vehicles to “Pre-Accident Condition”. HSS and HSLA have different characteristics when it comes to straightening, heat and sectioning processes than that of mild steel. These vehicle holding systems not only stop movement between the vehicle and machine but also movement within the vehicle frame, which can cause more damage than the original Collision.

This machine is the latest welder with inverter MIG technology that keeps pace with the latest vehicles in the market. It produces a smooth factory-like weld for high quality repairs.
Weilander and Schill Inverter Spot Welder
The Weilander and Schill Inverter Spot Welder is designed to handle the difficult to weld materials such as boron steels and Advanced High Strength Steels (AHSS). These new metals are rapidly becoming the material of choice among car manufacturers.
3 x Infra-Red Mobile Units
This technology accelerates the drying process of paint work and allows the release of all the chemical components resulting in a fast high quality finish. This alleviates any future problems that occur with conventional drying months and even years after the initial repair.
